You may register upon arrival to LewisGale Medical Center, but, to save time, you may also notify us of your visit by registering online.

You’ll need to know the following information to register online:
- Name of ordering doctor
- Date of your scheduled procedure
- All active insurance cards
- Employer information
Interpretation services are provided free of charge. If you have a need for interpretation services, please include this information in your registration.
